The protection of your data is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect data that is necessary for the provision of our services.

3.1 Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect the following data:

  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message (free text)

This data is used exclusively to process your enquiry and is transmitted encrypted via SMTP to our email address. No storage in a database takes place.

3.2 Server Log Data

When visiting our website, the web server automatically records:

This data is used for the technical provision of the website and is not linked to individuals.

When purchasing our software products (e.g. NEAT), payment processing is handled by FastSpring Inc. (USA) as Merchant of Record. FastSpring processes the following data: name, email address, payment information, billing address, and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). 4. External Services

4.1 Fonts

We use the Geist Sans (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Switzer (ITF Free Font License) fonts, both hosted locally on our server. No data is transmitted to external font services.

4.2 FastSpring (Payment Processing)

For the sale of digital products, we use FastSpring Inc. as payment service provider and Merchant of Record. FastSpring processes your payment data in its own name and under its own data protection responsibility. More information: fastspring.com/privacy.

4.3 Third-Country Transfers and Safeguards

When you make a purchase, payment and order data are transferred to FastSpring Inc., headquartered in the USA (with an office in Amsterdam, NL). The USA is a third country without an adequacy decision. For the data transfer, FastSpring relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF); FastSpring is DPF-certified. Beyond this, no personal data is transferred to third countries via this website.

We do not share personal data with third parties unless:

  • You have given express consent
  • There is a legal obligation
  • It is necessary for contract fulfilment
